This read-only Counter counts connections within this session that have been terminated due to timeout. An admin watches this to detect network instability or an unresponsive peer causing iSCSI connections to time out and drop within an otherwise ongoing session. For example, repeated timeout terminations on one session while the underlying link otherwise appears up would prompt the admin to check for asymmetric routing or firewall idle-timeout settings affecting that path.
