The year field is set with the most significant octet first.
An entry of zero (0) means that there is no date associated with
this software item. Zero is the default.What is cpqHoSwVerDate?
This is a 7-octet date stamp giving the date of a tracked software item, encoded as year, month, day, hour, minute, and second, if a date is available at all. An administrator uses this to check how current a specific tracked software component is. For example, comparing this date across multiple SwVer entries could reveal which software components are due for an update.
