What is cpqHoSWRunningDate?

This is a 7-octet date stamp giving the software's date, encoded as year, month, day, hour, minute, and second. An administrator uses this to verify how current the monitored software build is, useful when investigating whether a known bug fix in a later build has actually been deployed. For example, comparing this date against the vendor's release notes could confirm whether a fix for a known issue is already installed.
