What is cpqHoOsCommonModuleDate?

This is a 7-octet date stamp recording the module's build or install date, encoded as year, month, day, hour, minute, and second. An administrator uses it to verify how current a specific OS-integration module is, which helps when investigating whether an outdated component might be responsible for a known bug. For example, comparing this date against the vendor's changelog could reveal that the installed module predates a critical fix.
