What is cpqHoName?

This is a text string giving the name of the host operating system. An administrator uses it for basic inventory and to confirm what OS a monitored server is actually running, especially useful in mixed-OS environments. For example, this field distinguishes a Windows host from a Linux or NetWare host at a glance without needing to log into the machine.
