What is cpqCrPartitionCondition?
This read-only enumerated value (other, ok, degraded, failed) reports the overall condition of a specific logical drive and its associated physical drives. An administrator monitors this per-logical-drive status as the most application-relevant health signal, since it's the logical drive that the operating system and applications actually see as a volume. A failed(4) reading here means that specific OS-visible volume has lost data availability, distinct from a RAIDset-level status that might cover multiple partitions.
