What is cpqCmcSetupTemp2Avail?
This read-write enumerated value tells the CMC whether temperature sensor 2 is physically available(2) or notAvailable(3). An admin sets this to match the actual hardware installed, since an available sensor that's really disconnected would otherwise report misleading readings, while a notAvailable sensor is simply excluded from alarm processing. If temperature sensor 2 is not wired into this particular rack, the admin sets cpqCmcSetupTemp2Avail to notAvailable(3) so the CMC stops expecting data from it.
