What is cpqCmcSetAlarm2?
This read-write enumerated value lets a management station clear (2) or set (3) alarm 2 on the CMC, independently switching on the alarm relay or audible alarm for a second custom condition. It gives an administrator a second alert-handling channel separate from cpqCmcSetAlarm1. A script could reserve alarm 2 for an entirely different trigger, such as a scheduled security check, keeping it distinguishable from alarm 1's use.
