What is cpqClusterName?

This read-write display string (0-255 characters) holds the name of the cluster. An admin uses it both to identify the cluster in monitoring tools and, since it is writable, to rename the cluster's SNMP-reported identity to match a naming convention. When onboarding a cluster into a monitoring system, an admin sets cpqClusterName to match the cluster's DNS name so alerts are labeled consistently.
