What is cpeLeaseTimeUpdate?

This read-create Integer32, in seconds, sets the short DHCP lease time granted to a CPE while it is downloading required files, also used to throttle download storms, with a default of five minutes. An admin must set this long enough to cover the worst-case time for a CPE to finish downloading everything it needs, or the lease could expire mid-download. For example, if firmware images have grown larger and CPEs on slow lines need more time, the operator increases cpeLeaseTimeUpdate beyond the five-minute default.
