Description: A string specifying the generic config filename for this CPE. The CPE must download this file if the reportedCpeConfigFilename it reported to the CO device doesn't exactly match either the requiredCpeGenericConfigFile in the cpeConfigMgrEntry or the cpeSpecificConfigFile in the cpeConfigMgrMemberEntry, and either no cpeCfgMgrClientReceivedSpecificCfgFilename was received from the CO or the download or use of the specific config file fails.
What is cpeCfgMgrClientReceivedGenericCfgFilename?
This read-write OCTET STRING (0..32 bytes) specifies the generic configuration filename for this CPE, downloaded when reportedCpeConfigFilename does not match requiredCpeGenericConfigFile or cpeSpecificConfigFile and no specific filename was received or its download failed. An admin uses this to see which generic config fallback a client has actually been assigned. For example, support finds cpeCfgMgrClientReceivedGenericCfgFilename populated on a CPE and realizes its specific configuration download must have failed, causing it to fall back to the generic file.
