Description: The time (in hundredths of a second) as informed by the router since the network management portion of the router's system was last re-initialized.
What is rsCPRouterConnectionLastSysUpTime?
The router's own sysUpTime value, its management subsystem uptime, as last reported during a poll. It lets an admin detect if a router rebooted since the last poll, which could explain configuration or state discrepancies. An admin sees rsCPRouterConnectionLastSysUpTime reset to a small value and concludes the router rebooted, possibly explaining why its BGP peer states just reset.
