Description: Indicates how long to wait with distribution change after a peer or interface status changed from up to down.
What is rsCPRedistributeInterval?
The number of seconds to wait after a peer or interface transitions from up to down before the appliance reacts by redistributing CIDR assignments. This avoids triggering a full route-map reshuffle on a brief, transient link flap. An admin sets rsCPRedistributeInterval to 120 seconds so a two-minute carrier blip doesn't immediately trigger a mass reassignment of CIDRs away from that peer.
