What is rsCPPricePrice?
The numeric cost figure for this pricing tier, interpreted according to rsCPPriceMethod and rsCPPriceBWUnit. It feeds directly into the cost-weighted load-balancing calculation that steers traffic toward cheaper carriers when cost matters more than raw performance. An admin lowers rsCPPricePrice after renegotiating a lower rate with a carrier, causing the algorithm to favor that peer more heavily for cost-sensitive CIDRs.
