What is rsCPCostWeight?
A weighting factor, 0 to 100, determining how heavily carrier pricing influences the overall load-balancing decision relative to other factors. Raising this makes the algorithm favor cheaper carriers more aggressively, potentially at the expense of load balance quality. An admin raises rsCPCostWeight after a cost-cutting initiative, causing the algorithm to shift more CIDRs toward the least expensive carrier even if it means slightly higher load imbalance.
