What is rsCPCIDRLastMinuteLoad?
The measured traffic load for this CIDR block over the most recent one-minute interval. It gives the admin a near-real-time view of how busy a specific customer or destination prefix's traffic currently is. An admin sees rsCPCIDRLastMinuteLoad spike unexpectedly for one CIDR and investigates whether that prefix is experiencing a traffic surge or attack.
