What is rsCPCIDRDescription?
A short free-text label, up to 19 characters, an admin assigns to identify this CIDR entry. It makes the CIDR table human-readable, since IP subnets alone don't convey which customer or purpose a block serves. An admin sets rsCPCIDRDescription to "AcmeCorp-VoIP" so the entry is recognizable at a glance instead of just its subnet number.
