This is the voltage supplied to the seconary processor. The supplied voltage to the system is not within the the specified range for that particular voltage. Certain platforms do not supply or monitor some of these voltages. See the Health Check section of the Admin Guide for a description of which platforms monitor which voltages.

What is twoDotFiveVB?
twoDotFiveVB is a DisplayString that alerts when the 2.5VB voltage rail, which powers the secondary processor per the description, goes out of range. Distinguishing twoDotFiveVB from twoDotFiveVA lets an admin tell whether a voltage-related processor fault affects the primary or secondary CPU's power supply. For example, if twoDotFiveVB alerts while cpuTwoStatus also reports a failure, the admin has strong evidence the auxiliary processor's own power rail is the underlying cause.
