What is twelveVoltsMinus?
twelveVoltsMinus is a DisplayString that alerts when the -12 Volt power rail falls outside its specified range, the negative counterpart to twelveVoltsPositive. Tracking this separately lets an admin isolate whether a power problem is confined to the negative 12V circuit rather than assuming a broader supply failure. For example, "Alert: Voltage 12 V Minus: Voltage out of range" appearing alone, with all other rails normal, points the admin specifically at the -12V regulator.
