What is powerUpTrap?
A read-only display string sent when the Contivity gateway completes a cold start, with the only reported value being "Cold Start." An admin uses this to know precisely when the device rebooted, which is important for correlating an unplanned outage with a possible power loss or crash rather than a graceful restart. Receiving a powerUpTrap notification at 3 a.m. with no corresponding maintenance window would tell the admin the gateway rebooted unexpectedly and warrants a check of crash logs.
