What is agentDSTRepeatingStartMonth?
This read-write integer, from 1 to 12, sets the calendar month in which the recurring Daylight Saving Time period begins on the switch. An administrator configures this as part of the repeating DST rule so the switch automatically shifts its clock at the correct time each year. For example, a region beginning DST in March would set agentDSTRepeatingStartMonth to 3.
