What is agentDSTRepeatingStartDayOfWeek?
This read-write integer identifies the day of the week, Sunday through Saturday, on which the recurring DST start rule falls. An administrator sets this in combination with the week-of-month value to define a rule like "the second Sunday" for when DST begins. For example, a region observing DST from a Sunday transition would set agentDSTRepeatingStartDayOfWeek to 1.
