Description: A unique value for each CMM port.
What is portStatusIndex?
This read-only INTEGER (1..8) indexes each row of the CMM4's per-port status table, identifying which of the eight physical ports a given row of live status values, like cmm4PortPowerStatus, refers to. It plays the same table-indexing role for status data that portCfgIndex plays for configuration data. When walking the status table with an SNMP tool, an admin matches portStatusIndex to the physical port number to know which port a power fault applies to.
