What is port6PowerCtr?
This read-write integer switches PoE power on that specific physical switch port ({on(1), off(0)}) on the CMM-III chassis, port 6 of the eight ports the MIB exposes individually. An administrator uses it to remotely cut or restore power to whatever device is plugged into port 6, without needing to touch the unit. For example, setting port6PowerCtr to off(0) removes power to force a hung radio or camera on port 6 to power-cycle, then setting it back to on(1) brings it back up.
