temperatureSensor9WarningReset

Module: CME-MIB

OID (symbolic): CME-MIB::temperatureSensor9WarningReset

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.2.3.51.2.22.1.5.4.1.48

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: OCTET STRING

Access: read-only

Description: The blade hard shutdown temperature for IPMI blades in degrees centigrade(C). An octet string expressed as 'sddd.dd Centigrade' where: s is the sign ('-' for negative or blank space for positive) d is a decimal digit or blank space for leading zeroes. The string 'Not Readable!' indicates that the given monitor is not supported on this system. The string 'No Temperature' indicates that the given monitor does not exist on this system or is powered off.

What is temperatureSensor9WarningReset?

This read-only octet string reports the hysteresis temperature at which sensor 9's warning condition clears, completing the warning/reset threshold pair for the third numbered sensor. It serves the same anti-flapping purpose as the reset thresholds for sensors 7 and 8, but tuned to sensor 9's own thermal zone. An admin's monitoring dashboard would only mark sensor 9's warning as resolved once bladeSensor9Temp drops below temperatureSensor9WarningReset.
