What is systemHealthSummaryDateTime?
This value reports the date and time associated with a system health summary entry. It timestamps when a particular health event or summary record was generated, letting an admin build a timeline of chassis health incidents. For example, an admin correlating a fan pack going from warning to bad state would check this timestamp against the fan pack's own state-change history.
