Description: The width of the port in terms of how many combined cables are present for Switch Module 2. A value of 0 indicates this field is not applicable to the switch ports. This data is also known as the lane count.
What is smTwoPortCfgWidth?
This read-only integer reports the lane count, i.e. how many combined cables/lanes make up a port on Switch Module 2, with 0 meaning the field doesn't apply to that port. Admins use it to understand the physical cabling complexity of a high-bandwidth port. For example, a width of 4 on a port of Switch Module 2 indicates a quad-lane connector bundling four physical cables into one logical port.
