What is smOnePortCfgSpeedStatus?
This read-only string reports the data rate a port on Switch Module 1 is actually running at right now, as distinct from what was requested via the SpeedSetting object. Admins check it to confirm a forced or auto-negotiated speed actually took effect. For example, if SpeedStatus reports a lower rate than the '10gf' requested on Switch Module 1, it can indicate a marginal cable or transceiver holding the link back.
