serviceDataDumpRetrieve
Module: CME-MIB
OID (symbolic): CME-MIB::serviceDataDumpRetrieve
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.2.3.51.2.23.3.1.1.8
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: INTEGER
Access: read-write
Description: Retrieve a type of service data file from blade to MM.
NOTE: This OID only is valid for the last four bit mask designations listed in the serviceDataDumpCapabilityMask OID.
The dump file is transfered to the /tftproot/service directory on the CMM. Only one file can be moved to this directory at a time, so please use the fileManagement MIB information to check if the file has been completed.
NOTE: Value returned for the GET command is meaningless for this MIB object.
What is serviceDataDumpRetrieve?
This object requests transfer of an already-generated service-data file from a blade to the CMM, valid only for the dump types indicated in the last four bits of serviceDataDumpCapabilityMask. An admin who has already triggered a dump on a blade uses this object to pull the resulting file over to the management module's filesystem for retrieval. For example, an admin would set this to serviceData after confirming via the capability mask that the blade supports transferring that dump type to the MM.
