What is pmControllerVpdExists?
This boolean INTEGER (false or true) indicates whether the power module bay identified by this row's pmControllerVpdId actually has a power module installed. An admin scans this flag across all power module rows to spot an empty power bay, which reduces the chassis's power redundancy even before any low-power alarm triggers. For example, pmControllerVpdExists returning false(0) for the row tied to powerModule3 tells the admin that bay is currently empty and running the chassis with one fewer redundant supply than intended.
