Description: The date and time that the NTP server last updated the system clock.
What is ntpLastUpdate?
This read-only octet string reports the date and time the NTP server last successfully updated the MM's system clock. It gives an admin a quick way to confirm NTP sync is actually happening rather than just configured, which matters when diagnosing why chassis log timestamps look off. If this value hasn't changed in weeks despite ntpUpdateFrequency being set to 60 minutes, an admin would know the NTP sync is silently failing.
