Description: The RSA fingerprint of the public part of the host key pair. This value can be used with the SSH client to verify, on the initial connection, that the Secure Shell server responding to the request is the server running on the MM.
What is mmSshServerHostKeyFingerprint?
This read-only octet string is the RSA fingerprint of the public half of an MM SSH host key pair. Its purpose is for an admin to compare it against the fingerprint shown by an SSH client on first connection, confirming the server presenting the SSH session is really the genuine MM and not an impersonator. Before trusting a first-time SSH login to a newly deployed chassis, an admin would pull this fingerprint via SNMP and cross-check it against what the SSH client displays.
