What is groupRBSscopeIndex?
This read-only integer (0 to 255) serves as the index for a group scope entry in the RBS scope table. It lets management software reference a specific group's scope-of-access row, which chassis, blades, and switches it covers, independently from its capability permissions. For example, index 3 would correspond to the third group's scope entry defined in the table.
