What is groupRBSBlade9?
This read-write integer, disabled(0) or enabled(1), scopes the group's access specifically to the blade installed in chassis slot 9. An admin enables only this blade-scope bit for a group when that team should manage just one blade rather than the whole chassis. For example, a group responsible solely for the blade in slot 9 would have groupRBSBlade9 enabled while every other groupRBSBladeN bit for the chassis's other slots stays disabled.
