Description: The health state for the controller for the fan pack.
What is fanPackControllerState?
This enumerated value reports the health of the controller managing a fan pack, such as operational, flashing, notPresent, communicationError, or unknown. It tells an admin whether an odd or missing fan pack reading stems from the controller hardware itself rather than the fans. For example, a controller state of notPresent(2) would explain why a physically installed fan pack is reporting no usable speed data.
