Description: A component identifier for an IOM or node in the form: ts:mm. t(type), s(slot number), mm sub-slot number.
What is cryptographyModeComponentId?
This object is a component identifier in the form ts:mm, where t is the component type, s is the slot number, and mm is the sub-slot number, identifying an IOM or node. An administrator decodes this identifier to know exactly which physical IOM or node a cryptography mode entry describes. For example, an admin parses a component ID to find it names slot 3's sub-slot 1, letting them physically locate the IOM still running the old cryptography mode.
