Description: Power enable state for the component.
What is componentStatusPowerEnable?
This object reports whether power is enabled for a given chassis component. An admin diagnosing why a component won't power on checks this flag to distinguish a disabled power-enable setting from a hardware fault preventing power-up. For example, if a blade fails to respond to a power-on command, the admin would check this object to see whether the power-enable state itself is the blocking factor.
