Description: Blade boot count. This is valid for blade components and otherwise is undefined. Writing this value resets the boot count to zero.
What is componentStatusBootCountPowerOnTimeBoots?
This object tracks the cumulative number of times a blade component has booted, and writing any value to it resets the counter to zero. An admin tracking blade reliability over its service life uses this counter to spot unusually frequent reboots that might indicate a hardware or firmware problem. For example, an admin noticing this count climbing rapidly on one blade compared to its peers would investigate that blade for a crash loop, then reset the counter to zero after remediation.
