Module: CME-MIB
OID (symbolic): CME-MIB::componentPowerDetailsPowerControl
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.2.3.51.2.22.31.6.1.9
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: INTEGER
Access: read-write
Description: This object is used to get or set the power control setting on a component.
If dynamic power mgmt is not supported on a component, notApplicable(255) will be returned.
This will set the power control setting on all slots of the multiwide component. The same can be used if the component is single wide.
What is componentPowerDetailsPowerControl?
This read-write enumeration gets or sets the active power-control mode (such as measurement, measurement-plus-power-cap, or power-save) for a component, applying the setting to all slots when the component spans multiple slots; notApplicable(255) is returned if dynamic power management isn't supported. Admins use it as the single control point choosing which power-management behavior a component runs under. For example, an admin sets this object to measurementpcap(2) on a component to simultaneously monitor its power draw and enforce the configured power cap.
