What is componentInventoryHardwareRevision?
This is the hardware revision number of a chassis component, read as a text string from the component's inventory data. It tells an administrator which physical design iteration of a part is installed, which can explain why one blade behaves differently from another of the same model. For example, an admin troubleshooting a firmware compatibility issue checks this revision to confirm the affected blade is an older hardware revision that needs a different firmware branch.
