This read-only object reports, in seconds, the fixed cache lifetime for componentHealthSummaryTable, the table listing outstanding warning and critical events per component. An admin building an alerting script against componentHealthSummarySeverity uses this value to size the polling interval so newly logged events are picked up promptly without over-polling. For example, a value of 30 tells the admin a new critical event could take up to 30 seconds to appear after it actually occurred.
