This read-only integer reports the fixed cache timeout, in seconds, applied to data in the componentBayDataTable, and cannot be changed. Admins use it to know the refresh interval behind Bay Data status readings before assuming a change has propagated. For example, an admin who just wrote new componentBayData waits at least this many seconds before expecting a subsequent read to reflect updated cached status.
