What is cfmThermalTrendingTimeStamp?

This octet string records when a CFM airflow sample in the thermal trending table was taken. It lets an admin correlate a specific airflow measurement with a point in time, useful when diagnosing cooling degradation. For example, comparing this timestamp against a fan speed change event shows how quickly airflow responded.
