What is bladePowerTrendingSampleIndex?
This is an integer index into the Blade Module Power Trending Sample Table, identifying which stored power sample row is being read for a blade. It lets management software walk through the sequence of recorded power samples for a blade rather than seeing only the latest value. For example, an admin polling index 12 would retrieve the twelfth stored power sample for that blade's trending history.
