What is bistPrimaryKernel?

This value reports the pass/fail result of the primary management module's built-in self-test of its primary kernel. It tells an admin whether the active management module's core firmware passed its own internal diagnostic. For example, a result of testFailed(1) here would be a strong signal to fail over to a redundant management module before it fully fails.
