What is cmTopologyRegionDescr?
This DisplayString (up to 128 characters) holds a description of a topology region. An admin sets this to add human-readable context beyond the short region ID. For example, an operator managing many regions would set cmTopologyRegionDescr to something like 'Primary data center ring, Building 4' for clarity when browsing the topology view.
