What is f3TacacsPrivLevelControlEnabled?

This read-write TruthValue, valid only for TACACS+ and defaulting to true, controls whether the device uses ENABLE authorization from the TACACS+ server to determine a logged-in user's privilege level. An admin disables it when they instead want a fixed default privilege level applied locally rather than one dictated per-session by the server. For example, turning this off forces every TACACS+ user to receive the locally configured default privilege regardless of what the server's ENABLE response would have granted.
