Description: This object allows specification of the default privilege level of the TACACS+ user, when the use of ENABLE authorization control is DISABLED, i.e. f3TacacsPrivLevelControlEnabled is set to FALSE.
What is f3TacacsDefaultPrivLevel?
This read-write CmSecurityPrivLevel sets the privilege level assigned to TACACS+ users when ENABLE authorization control is disabled via f3TacacsPrivLevelControlEnabled. An admin configures this fallback level so remote TACACS+ logins still get a sensible, predictable privilege even without per-user authorization from the server. For example, setting the default to a read-only privilege level means every TACACS+ login gets view-only access unless ENABLE control is turned back on.
