What is f3CsrActionCsrName?
This read-write DisplayString assigns a name to the Certificate Signing Request being created via f3CsrAction. An admin sets this so the resulting CSR can be identified and referenced later, for example when checking its auto-enrollment status. For example, naming a CSR 'branch-office-vpn' makes it easy to locate that specific request among several pending CSRs.
