What is f3CaLastCsr?
This read-only DisplayString of up to 64 characters reports the name of the last CSR involved in an enrollment process with this CA. An admin checks this to see which specific certificate signing request most recently went through the enrollment workflow for this CA. For example, this field reflecting the CSR named 'branch-office-vpn' confirms that request was the most recent one processed against this particular CA.
